mine used to do it too when new, i think it had a lot to do with the placement of the nozzle, and cirtian fuel stations, the ball valve has been a few issues on some, as well as overfilling, buiddie of mine topped mine off a few months ago, and ever since the fuel cap and check engine lights have been on.... i really need to get that thing to the stealer, its getting annoying
