Just out of curiousity, which head unit do you have? Nothing to do with your problem, just asking. Seems like Bobby has it all wrote out on possible causes anyways .
okay so i went out to my truck didn't realize i needed like a midget phillips head?
dude, thats insulting. Proper term is a little people phillips head....jk....seriously, sounds like you either blew the speakers or the left channel of the radio. The quick check is to install two new speakers and see they work, if they do it's your speakers, if they dont it's your head unit.
It supposed to come today. Its snowing pretty bad here but it says its on the truck, just probably delayed a little. I hope they come; I need the school book thats coming on the same truck. Lol
this may sound stupid but it hapened too me.... have you tested it on different radio stations, cd's, ipod, ect, i was really mad about a month after i bought my truck, the drivers side speakers went out, this also happens in my ram when rain water get's in the door, so thats what i figured it was, i was on my way to the dealer, when i had a thought, i changed the radio station (which i never do) and everything worked, turns out the station had a problem where it only brodcasted on mono, making one side not work....
