Mine came with them ! There is just a couple of bolts. Here are a couple of links to get you started. There are a little expensive but they are Mopar:

Found this one cheaper!!

This is the Mopar part number= 82209129 .
Do a search: 2006 Dodge Dakota Mopar Tow Hooks 82209129 and you'll see!

The second one is the cheapest i've seen...

Good Luck!!!

I was thinking about tow hooks but people have some serious problems getting out the bolts to either attach or remove their tow hooks. They are the same bolts that you would use to attach a bull bar, and they never seem to come out easy from what I have read.

Screw that, go to Tractor Supply and buy a couple of weldable shackle mounts for $8.99 a piece and weld them on the frame or get the drill/bolt on ones for about $15 a pop. Shackles kick the sh*t out of hooks anyway...

I welded a pair to the underside of my winch mount, didn't have $50 in the whole thing including the 12,000 lb. rated shackles...

Ive been thinking about doing tow hooks on the frame. With where that front cross member is on our Dakotas, it would make the perfect spot for 2 shackles. Ive been debating it because Im not sure if I want to listen to the clanking of them though. Lol

They don't bother me on my truck, mainly because I don't hear them over the CAI, Headers & Cherry Bomb, LOL.

I have a set on my Grand Cherokee though and since it's a nice, cushy, daily driver I could hear the clanging. A whole dollars worth of 5/8" (or any size just big enough to get your size shackle pin through) radiator hose cut into spacers did the trick. Cut four of them (two per shackle) at the proper length to fit snugly between the shackles and the mounts and they don't make a sound or swing at all. Hell I've got it so tight I can point the shackle straight out, parallel to the ground and it'll stay there...

Now I see yours are on an angle. Is there any reason for that, or just because?
