I wish one from an 04 would fit on the new models ..... it took me about 3 weeks to track down this roll pan. There are only a handful of people with 3rd gens that say they have a roll pan, and I only found one picture from badassrt with one on the truck.

looking at that rollpan makes me think that it wouldn't be too hard to just use a plate of thick steel with reinforcement to have some what of a functional bumper. It's a pretty flat surface and shouldn't require much fabbing.

An impact gun. 6 bolts hold it on to the frame, and I think they were 1" bolts. It takes off that whole bar.

nope, just unbolt and remove. I've noticed no difference since removing mine

little off topic but I want the headlights you have, have you tried to paint or remove the grey outline? it really bothers me that they can't just make the headlights all black.

when I get money i think the roll pan is in the future

There's IPCW headlights too that seem to have a fairly dark rim to them.

headlights came from K2 Motorsports via ebay. I haven't tried painting them yet, but when I get the truck painted, I will get the edges painted.
