looks like all it is is a bigger bump stop and it would not do anything until you had a heavy load on the front end....

Jkeatons right, Despite what the website says those are really built for the back of the truck. They are a cross between a bump stop and an air bag(except without the air). My old boss use to run those on the work trucks and they serve NO purpose unless you are loaded down. They might be good on the front if you put a plow or a heavy *** bumper on there but other then that, dont waste your money.
