Thanks buddy. Sorry, didnt see your post before. We both have some sweet looking trucks!

Hendrix, there is a guy around school with the sport package on his red Dakota. If he leaves that thing parked over night, Im swapping bumpers and grilles with him. Lol

And the door mouldings are heading Donkeys way, unless he doesnt want them when I take them off. You guys can try trading him so see if he wants chrome.

I wish I was the one to score the tow hooks for $30! But you all know I wouldve posted up by now if I did .... I wouldnt be able to keep that under my hat.

And last but not least, I GOT REAL NIGHTRUNNER HEADLIGHTS! I was searching around eBay and decided to see what was under "07 oem dakota headlight" and I found a few listings for Mopar Nightrunners. I bought one left and one right (there are no pairs), totaling $175.95 after shipping. Not to shabby, and both are supposed to be in excellent condition. If I wanted to buy them new, the only place I can find them wants $299 plus shipping .... or I would have to buy knock offs.

I almost want to get my black grille sprayed red, but I think I will do black for something different ..... since I already have the headlights now.

Ive always wanted a red grille, but its $380+ from Mopar and painting the chrome one risks chipping .... after some of the pics of guys that have painted thier grilles black I figured the only way to go is with a factory painted one. I wasnt expecting to find one brand new in the box though. I've only seen one other painted grille on ebay, and it was white and went for a little over $50.

Ill be honest; some people can do some nice paint jobs with nothing more than a rattle can ..... but everything I have tried to paint turns out like crap. Atleast this way, if I ever sell the truck I can put the stocker back on and sell the grille and nightrunner lights to some lucky 3rd gen owner.

Lesson of the week: Always seach eBay daily for items you want. You will find them eventually, and normally you get awesome deals since no one ever thinks they will be on there.

For example, if I told every person on here that there was a oem black grille on a 7 day auction, Im sure it wouldve sold for alot more than the opening bid of $70. Live and breathe eBay ..... but not in a creepy way.
