hmmm weird... never would have guessed that. Does anyone with a 2006 have the one in the bed floor.

Btw Those front hooks would be handy there... how are they attached? Obviously a bolt or screw system, but how?

perfect! thanks for the pics, my rear ones are accessible but they didn't cut any holes for the front ones. time to cut the bedliner some more!

In my 06, I have the same 2 in front on the bedside and 2 at the rear bedside. I have no idea what is under the bedliner, I always assumed nothing.

Must be an 07 thing then...

Do you know how they are mounted? I am almost thinking about finding a set to use in the same places as yours.

They are mounted the same exact way as the rear are mounted. The only difference is that it is mounted flat against the bed side. The hole in the bedliner starts at 6 3/4 inches height from the bedliner floor, and about 1/2 inch from the front of the bed.

What is the best way to add tie downs if there are none under the liner that wont interfere with the cover?

They may or may not be already installed in your 07. It would be really stupid if they covered them up with a bedliner, but it is definitely possible.

You can probably figure out how the rear ones mount, the fronts should be the same. Or you could go for a simple fix like this.
