Default Tie down in bed?

So i have a 2007 st sport and the truck has a drop in bedliner and i have a soft tonneau cover, my question is are there more tie downs anywhere underneath the bedliner? Right now the only place i have to tie anything down is right at the back where there are holes cut in the liner.

What is the best way to add tie downs if there are none under the liner that wont interfere with the cover?

There should 2 in the front in the corners of the bed floor. They are not like the ones in the rear.

There are two in the back, as you know.

Then, there are two inside the DRAIN HOLES. Remove those drain caps. Also, between the cab and the front of the bed, there are two holes in the sheet metal, on the outside corners, those come in handy for bungee cords too. So thats 6 places. 4 by the rear glass, 2 by the tailgate.

They are at the top of the bed in front, and bottom of the bed in the rear.

??

Maybe this is different among years?

In my 07 you have the ones at the top of the bedsides at each corner like you said, but there are also two in the front on the floor of the bed as well as two in the back on the lower side portions of the bedsides. Do I need to get a pic?

See the two in the very front on the floor of the bed that have the rubber plugs in? Thats the ones I am talking about...

BTW that is not my truck.
