I believe it is girth....gurth is that country singer...and it's all about the motion of the ocean, not the size of the ship..

I was looking at a 275/65 also but don't know if the wider tire on the factory rim will cause rubbing while turning.

I am running 265/75/16's. I know there is a big difference between 16's and 17's but I have very minor rubbing at full right turn. As far as steering issues, my rack is still holding strong. Edit: no leveling kit
