Hey guys,

Have recorded a couple sound clips from the mic in my truck wheel well.

Am sorry you here my engine but the rattling is the noise that the dealership says they can't here lol....... If anyone can help let me know what it can be. I am still trying to see with the camera part what it can be.

That doesnt really sound like suspension to me; sounds like a loose exhaust almost. These trucks are common for broken flange bolts .....

See the problem is when this starts to happen it is felt in the steering. And is very noticable when starting to apply the breaks. I am puzzled lol... I had the sway bar bushings, sway bar links, outer tie rod ends replaced. And yet when I hit my brakes going over the bumps it makes it even more noticable which rules out caliper/brake issues.

Do you have any play in the wheel?

I think you mentioned that you got the intermediate shaft TSB replacement right?

Yes I had the intermdiate shaft done through a tsb. And the only time I start to get play a little is when the rattle is always there.

I thought so too. And I payed the dealership to take a look at it but they said they couldn't find nothing in my front end that is loose. But i am really getting the feeling they don't know what they are doing lol........ How do you check your rack yourself?
