I am still drooling lol. If I got my head out of my *** and ordered some metal I could fab anything I wanted. Seeing as how I have a Stick, Wire feed and a Tig welder in the shed. lol

I'd LOVE to see this with a skidplate as well
I have always loved the look of a diamond plate skid plate... but i'm too cheap to lift my truck and make it worthwhile...

Nice! Make an engine crossmember that clears a hemi oil pan and you would be a rich man!

to be painfully honest....people are cheap and wouldnt pay crap for a crossmember...even if it cleared a hemi. i heard alot of guys wanting a complete lift for 1000....cmon...thats a little unrealistic....camburg sells JUST 2 lower links for a 4 link kit...just the 2 lower links are 2800.

well $100 is a little low. maybe for this one. but im currently building version 2.0 which will have provisions for the oil problem. as well as tabs for an aluminum skid plate....which is also in the works.

thanks for all the interest guys. ill keep posting some cool fab work. all the money brought in from these projects is going torwards new materials and tools to fab more stuff!....and beer.

I bet if you made the "HEMI APPROVED" Engine cross members, you would have no issue selling them...I'd buy one!

does your dakota have a hemi? do you have a hemi sitting in the garage with all the accesories ready to drop in if only you had a crossmember? dont want to kill your buzz. but the front cross member that gets in the way is welded to the truck... the whole front end would have to be redone.
