Ouch man! Make sure you hold their feet to the fire if necessary, you shouldn't have to pay anything out of pocket for this.

Before you do anything, make sure there wasn't a parking ban in the town you are in, if so no matter what, you are at fault. but if not, then you are gonna have to pull some teeth to get your truck fixed

Contacted insurance company this AM, spoke to adjuster and just got back from my body shop.

It was a private plow contractor/construction company for the city and he has insurance...I'm fully covered too so I have no worries in regards to getting effed over.

Between my wife and myself, this is our 4th accident in about 2 years, none of which were our fault, so I've been down this road before.

A positive to this...I was getting some rust spots over the rear wheel well on that side and that half of the box will be getting replaced, so problem solved...and the paint bubbles on the other side too.

Not probably going to be able to get it in the shop until next week though...but will have some rental fun when I do.
