Default Newbie Here, just showing off my Raider =)

Hey guys! So as you can tell I am new here.

Just wanted to share my 06 Raider with you. I joined a Mitsubishi forum but these trucks are so rare that there is really not too many folks on those forums.

As im sure you all know the Raider is basically a Dakota with a tweaked front end.

Not too many of these were made, specially my trim (V8 4.7L on the extended cab, not the 4 door)

Anyways i have a bunch of mods planned, and this seems like the right place to get some help!

Enjoy the pics!!

Welcome! Always wondered how different the interior was in a Raider. Thanks for sharing the pics.

Thanks for the feedback guys! (even to the "kick him out" guy) lol

and yess! I have a lot of plans for my truck.

Im starting with the interior, since well...its where i spend most of my time =)

First thing i did was find a stock radio faceplate from another raider( in case i mest up) and i enlarged the radio hole to fit a double din unit.

I ordered a navigation unit off ebay and it should get here net week. Ill post pics of the whole installation.

Im also planning to remove the carpet and install a rubber all weather one( a lot easier to clean, my truck gets dirty daily) plus change the cloth material for leather.

Other things in mind:

bullguard
tunneau cover
HUGE offroad tires
leveling kit
roof rack
headers
cold air intake
flowmasters

Im exited about the nav unit! i only found one more dude that had it and he wasnt very helpful showing how he got it done.

Thanks guys!

Very nice Raider and welcome to the df 3rd gen forum! Be careful with the "HUGE offroad tires"...you can only go so big and we are limited on lifts for these trucks...hey, here's a question for the dak guys, would a superchips work on a Raider?
