Default high pitch squeal

when driving i get an high pitched squeal at the front right wheel. it is not constant and will come and go. it sounds like a brake squeal, but i can apply the brakes and it remains. it is more likely to go away when reduce the throttle. i figure if it where the brakes it would go away with pressure. the brakes have been up graded with slotted and drilled discs and ebc green stuff pads.

i have replaced the wheel bearing and cv. could these be the cause?

Is it under acceleration, decceleration, or both?

almost always under slight accelarartion. usually if if let the throttle up the noise goes away. if i give it gasw and hold the brake it will still make it. what you think?
