Just being overly critical to point it out, not to bust your stones (you had enough of that already!)
It does look exceptionally clean for a used pull motor, but my co-worker said that it must have been cleaned up and re-painted. It will take a TON of parts off of your old motor to get this one goin, but thats just my un-educated guess at it.

If i had access to a motor stand, id give it a good lookin through, but as it is right now, I just dont have the equipment avaliable to do any checking of things like that right now. I will, however, If winston doesnt mind, take and try and spin the crank to see if it isnt siezed up.
