Mopar Tuner Tail Lights have water
I have a set of the mopar tuner tails on my truck. I like them especially on a black truck but both reverse lights have moisture that ate the chrome coating off the reflector. The pass light has a certain level of water in it as it sits.
Anybody come across this before and fix it? I was thinking I could somehow disassemble them, spray a close-to-chrome reflector back on and seal them back up.
Anybody have a cheap set of stock taillights they want to part with so Ic an still drive while I fool with them? Stupid me sold my stockers thinking I didn't need them.

LOL same problem but mine broke before i could drain the water out.
All i know is you can take apart the chrome rings and the black frame, I think every thing else is all one piece.

You could drill a hole at the lowest point in the housing to let it drain. This will allow the standing water to drain and any moisture to evaporate out of the housing. Its a trick used for leaking headlights and it still lets moisture in, but it normally evaporates pretty fast with the light on.
