Yes and Dakkkota said, and are you referring to the fuse box under the hood, or in the cab?

Hmm...I have a 20a fuse in #58 (Heated seats)...but do not have heated seats!
I looked in the service manual, only circuit I see for the #58 fuse is heated seats!

Anyone else have a fuse in the #58 slot?

Did you notice any improvement in power, gas mileage, or throttle response

Yes its the fuse box under the hood, as for connecting, I used a fuse tap, but its just as easy to make a lil loop in the wire and slip it around the leg of the fuse.

These are the fuse taps I used.

The bad news is they only come in a box of 50. The good news is they're cheap. ($7.00) So I've still got about 47 of em left.

If you wanna do the twisty wire thing as a temporary connection, I could probably send you some, just know that it won't be that quick as I'm in the process of moving.

Here's a brand new pic of the fuse box...

Hope that helps with where to run the wires. also for the A/C turn on it goes to pin#87 on the relay. you can also use the mini fuse taps for that too, but I think I had to trim a bit of the relay slot itself cause it has "corners" that interfere with the wire. (it'll make sence when you look at it)

Ueland,
What size fuse did you use for the fan? Did you run a fuse for the trigger voltage?

I still cannot figure out why we have a 20A fuse populated if we do not have heated seats!
Makes no sense....

I used the fuse that was there (20a) if you hook to the same side of the fuse that I did its the "cold" side of the fuse, so the fuse in the box would be plenty sufficient for the fan controller. Remeber this is a trigger wire and NOT a power wire, so it could probably use a fuse as small as 5a without any issue.
