My 2007 was doing the same thing and it turned out to be a bad windshield seal. Fixed by the dealer under warranty!!!

Given you have the sunroof I'd try blowing out the drain tubes first but when diagnosing water leaks the friend with a hose and you inside with a flashlight method is tried and true.

Default Leaking Dodge Ram

I have a leak after rains that enters into the cab from the overhead mounted TV. I assume the rear drain tubes are plugged...anyone able to tell me where i can find these tubes so I can clean them?

Great info as I am seeing the same leaks in my 07 quad 3500 after the heavy rains here in Seattle, both columns drip out of the bolt holes on the seats and the carpet. I have the sun roof and will start with the drain holes and go from there...

Water is also dripping onto the right side floormat from the lower dash area.I assume it is from the sunrrof although it could be the windshield, either way the warrantee is up and the dealer wont fix it (go figure) Has anyone had this problem and what would be the first step? I have opened the sunroof and cleaned the edges and looked for debris, it appears to be clean. This is obviously rainwater and not condensation. let me know what my options are before i contact a specialist and start disassembling this thing.
I have had the same leaks on my 08 Dakota Laramie with sunroof. It leaks on both sides, leaking through the top bolt in the handle trim piece. This week a new leak with water dripping out from the bottom of the overhead compass/temp display. (I have no clue where the leak is coming from) Does anyone know where the drain tubes for the sun roof drain too?

I had the same problem. The drain tubes are in the front door jams in between the hinges. You will see the hoses sticking out. If you drop the headliner down on both sides,(drivers and passenger side) you will find the hoses. Disconnect them, and blow out with air. Make sure the tracks are clean, also. It worked for me.....................
