Has anyone felt Ply steer AKA Radial pull?

So I rotated the tires on the truck this weekend. I have about 35K on the original BFG AT's that came with the truck. I normally rotate the tires every 5K when I change the oil, but this go around I changed them at 10K. So I cross rotated DR-PF and PR-DF. Since I did that I've noticed the truck pulling to the right at all speeds. When I hit the brakes it doesn't change the pull. I checked tire pressure and all is good. From what I've read it could be radial pull. I've also read that the first thing I should do is rotate the tires on the front from side to side to test and see if that changes it to the other side. If so I've diagnosed my problem, if not then it is time for an alignment?
So does anyone have experience with this? How many miles can I expect out of these tires?
Thank in advance.

Had this problem from almost brand new with my stock Wrangler SRA's. About every 4th rotation I'd notice severe pull to the right that felt like one wheel was almost an inch too short or something. To go straight I'd have to hold the wheel at about 10 o'clock. I drove it like this because I knew that when I rotated them again it would mostly go away.
When I put new tires on (Hankook Dynapro's) I also got an alignment done. Truck drives perfect now. Although I haven't had to rotate them yet. I asked the mechanic if it was the alignment or the tires and he said it was most likely a bad tire because my alignment was not really out of spec. He said if it were an alignment issue it would pull no matter where the tires were mounted.

I know there have been issues with BFGs cupping if they arent rotated, so there could definetly be an issue with the tire. You could try taking it to a shop that has a road-force balancer and getting all the tires rebalanced. That should make every tire pull as straight as possible.
I've been rotating my BFG A/Ts every 2,500-3,000 miles with my oil changes. They are wearing perfectly and I have no issues with almost 15k on them now.
