Default O2 Sensor help

just bought a 2006 v6 dakota wrecked. Its fixed now, but it is throwing up 02 sensors codes, p0031,p0036,p0051,p0056 i believe. why is it throwing these codes. I already changed the computer out on it and changed all the o2 sensors. And all the wiring is in check from cuts. Any clues? I have checked the voltage and it drops after 30 seconds roughly, which when it drops, is when it throws up the faults.

How's the battery? The alternator? The battery cables?

Start by checking those things. That's what's comes to mind right at the moment!!!

Good luck!!!
