Ok, passenger side tire doesn't turn by itself, only by hand (doesn't spin by itself) take the caliepr off and the rotor/hub spins like a turn by itself. Driver's side, same thing. Except when taking the caliper off, the rotor and hub only spin like a quarter turn. Both rotor's have pad marks all over the place inside and out. I am still thinking seized calipers. Another note: brake dust all over insides of rims. Please respond ASAP if you can. This is the only day I can work on it for two weeks!! TIA
