SuperChips?

SC tuner was the best thing that I have added to mine. I tried the 91 octane tune and got more power (longer burn-outs) than 87 tune. I agree with the above about good gas vs. crap gas.
I towed a trailer about 3000 miles in January with the towing tune. It worked great - 14mpg, 87 octane gas, never missed a beat. I did notice that the tailpipe was black when I got home. It must set the mixture fairly rich.

I have the superchips for my 08 and I like it. It's the second one that I have had, I use to have one of my 00 4.7 dakota. I currently have it set on 91 and probably will keep it there. I always run 91+ in all of my vehicles and toys, so I mise well utilize 91 program. My questions for those of you guys who have one is, has anyone ran octane booster with any of the programs? There is one booster at autozone that add's 10 fuel points, so I was just wondering what affect that would have, bad or good. So if I run the 91 program and add booster that gains 10 fuel points, that would be 101. I dont want to hurt anything, but would like to run through some booster if possible.

Fuel economy is more condusive to having a heavy or light foot rather not to a "snake oil" container of kerosene. Not saying that these bottles make your gas any worse, but there are two many variables to assume that just adding them increased your MPG.
Just don't be this guy and pour energy drink into your tank: http://www.gixxer.com/forums/showthread.php?t=226570
