Blown had a cracked front bumper (plastic). Cant make the same type of repair to a metal bumper.

Im not to knowledgeable when it comes to welding. I am assuming that you are referring to what ever they use to make "beads" in spot welding to fill it in? And then just use a grinder and dremel to even it up, and possibly a very light application of bondo so I can sand it smooth?
