Default Fuel injectors makin noise.

I no fuel injectors make noise but this morning when i fired up my truck i hurd tapping noises and at first i was pissed because i thiought my valves were tapping. after messin around with a screw driver to pinpoint the noise I found out my fuel injectors were makin the noise. they got pretty loud and i didnt notice it yesterday so my queston is do you think they are going bad? or is it makin the noise because it needs to give it more fuel.

I seriously doubt you are hearing the injector making noise. But, if you feel that you need to verify the rule-out, then remove an injector and test it with jumper wires. Remember, an injector moves two ways...open and close. I think (based on your recent work) that you are hearing something in the valve train or rotating assembly. Can you take video of this noise and post it, say...youtube?

Ok, have you isolated it to one injector?

It wont hurt anything to unplug one injector at at time. As you unplug each injector the engine should run like crap. When you get to the bad one it should have the least effect.
