If they use the same brand as in the 4.7l they should be Champions (mine were). In my case they weren't even all gapped evenly from the factory (go figure, must have been a Monday build).

Lol Im not sure if maybe Im not being totally clear. I was going for what type, as in Platinum, Iridium? As in around how many miles on my truck should I look at replacing the stock plugs.
