I wish I had the time and skills for nice customizing, but I have neither.

I'm a business owner and have to put in about 100 hours per week. Yes, that's not a typo, 100 hours, (approx.). It's 7 days a week, so there's not much play time.
I am interested in these super chip mods though. I hate that feeling going into second. Feels like it went from 1st to 3rd right away.

Tom: Nice looking truck. Really nice. The first truck I looked at was like that with the silver painted grill and headlight trim. I really didn't mind that. I thought it gave it somewhat of a nice offset, but to each his own.
Did you get yours painted that color? I don't recall ever seeing that before. I do like that a lot.

Oh yeah, and I do love the way they smoked the lens in the turn signals.

Mango Tango Pearl, paint code PVG, factory color. There aren't many 2010's this color, it was discontinued in the spring of 2010.

The Cortex powertrain warranty is there to show our customers that we are so confident in our product and its programming that we will stand behind it offering a level of support no other company in this industry will.

The warranty wasn't really a priority to me. I was mainly trying to understand the FUNCTIONAL differences between the Cortex and the Flashpaq, since the difference was only about $50.

I do not mean to be a jerk, but if a company is so confident in a product, they would throw the powertrain warranty for free into every product they sell.

Just my 2 cents.

But any who I enjoy my Superchips flashpaq.

So, does that mean your not confident in the flashpaq?

You guys were right about that v8. It falls flat a little bit when going into second gear, but when you nail the gas to the floor, holy crap!!!! Nice!!

Welcome to the family! Nice looking truck!

Bob-oh, silver is the best, its always shiny and clean even if you dont wash it for over a week, Altair can vouch for that.
