Thanks everyone. Ruger, I have the Destination A/T's now, just wanted something different. I'll check Parrish tire also. I'm not at the wear bars yet, but getting close so wanted to get tire opinions now.

Hey, just for giggles check Sears online for tires (whatever brand you decide). I found a "web only" price that was $15 cheaper per tire than ANYWHERE. I ordered them online, and picked them up at the local Sears (those freakin' monkeys are not working on my truck). I had them installed at a good local tire place (guy told me that Sears had to make a mistake as the price was what he paid for them).

Just saying check around! P.S. I went with Michelin LTX MS2 tires, $699 cash n carry.

I love my Cooper Discoverer STT's. My truck is a pavement queen and so far I have gotten good mileage out of them and I can pull 20 MPG on the hiway.

The only downside is they are loud.

I agree Sears has some issues with there pricing. I went to the store to get a quote for my BFG 265/75/16. I just happened to look over the counter and saw a price for that size at $154.99 and the same listing at $198.47. I was like nice not to shabby if they are the lesser. The guy at the counter was like that must be and has not been removed from the system. I told him to just quote me at the $154 price so I can get an aprox cost.
I then took the quote over to NTB. They priced matched and gave me 10% more off for not having the lowest price!!!

The have the long trail TA tour and rugged trail (BFG), Grabber HTS (General)...none that you guys mentioned. Wat about Falken Rocky Mountain ATS? Cooper Discoverer? Pirelli Scorpion?
i have the Cooper Discoverer S/T's on mine and i love them! Living in FL the asphalt has traces of coral in it and when wet just about anything slips (hahaha thats what she said) anyways the Coopers seem to stay on the road way better than my BFG A/T's did. (no offense Bobby) They also helped me pull a 4runner out from being stuck (passenger side burried to floorboards on the bank of a pond) i'd get them again...... but this time i'd have to pay for them or i'd rather have the Discoverer STT's but we'll see what happens in the future.

as for the Falken...some 4wheeler type magazine put the WildPeak A/T's thru major hell and they got nothing but great reviews other than deep mud..which im sure you'll be avoiding. they are not as an aggressive tread but i'd give'em a try.

As for the KELLY Safari's... heck yeah KELLY is a very trusted tire IMO.... i love the FIERCE series tire they make..... damn there is so many to choose from. good luck!
