Default Do throttle body spacers really work?

I have always heard that they dont work on fuel injected motors, but do on carbureted motors. So why do people still buy them then? Im just confused on this idea.

Yeah thats what i heard. But it still intrigues me that people still buy them. I wish they did work, because they seem like a very easy mod for power. I almost bought one just to see if it really did work.
