Default 3.7L Engine Mods?

So, i was thinking about modding my 3.7 to try and squeeze more power out of it. I already have a custom exhaust system and I plan to get a K&N filter here soon. I may also look into a new throttle body, but other than that I cant think of anything or find anything else aside from swapping to a 318. What do you guys think, Im sure someone on here has heard of or had experience modding a 3.7

Hands down, the best bang for the buck is the Efan. Check out blown287 write up on installing the chevy HHR fan. I am speaking from exp, as I also have a 3.7L. Also, cold air intake, colder spark plugs (cant remember the PN), and a 180 stat. Some people have done the power wire although I am not sure how much that helps. As of right now, there is no tuner for our trucks, unless you check out Hemifever.com. He is the only one I know of who can tune for us. He said he has tuned a 3.7 and gotten 14+ HP out of it. The efan will give an extra 10-15hp. The other mods, I am not sure of. If you browse around on here you will find all the modding info listed above.

Where in ohio? I am in cinci!

i second the efan. I put in a flex-a-lite. Couldnt tell a difference in power but the mpg boost was noticable. Catback and CAI i could feel the power gain although not tremendous
