No, you will be able to use the stock 16" wheels with 5 on 5.5 lugs. You do not need 6 lug wheels. However, if you would like a different lug pattern, I can check on available patterns of hubs before ordering parts for your kit. The front drive shaft does not get replaced, and does not need to be. The front drive shaft has splines, which allow the differential to be slightly further away from the transfer case. With this lift kit, the differential is only about half an inch further from the transfer case. We have over 5000 miles of use with the kit (about 500 of which with 4x4 low engaged) with no problems.
Probably going to go with 33's, I doubt i'll have the money to regear to run 35's without tranny slip. But we'll see...
Truthfully i'm not sure if i have 3.55 or 3.92 gears in my truck. Been meaning to check but havent gotten around to it.
Would i be able to run 35's if i have 3.92's? Or would i still need to go to 4.10 or higher gearing?

So in my opinion, stock gears will be fine until you can replace them. I would recommend replacing them when you get the chance but it is not necessary.
I have been running 35s since before I installed the suspension lift (I had cut the fenders and used a 3" body lift with level kit in the front) and never had any problems with the suspension. I have been running the 35s for about 20,000 miles with no issues with the transmission. The biggest problem with the 35s and stock gearing is with highway speeds...the overdrive keeps kicking on and off when going up and down slight hills at speeds of 70MPH or greater.

Any guess on when the website will be done? Looking forward to it!
We're still shooting for having the site up and running and kits ready to sell by January 1st, 2012. We've put together the instruction manual with pictures which will be on the website. For this, I would like you guys to review it and me know if it makes sense. We will be adding a couple more picutures but I would like to know what you all think is unclear. We've taken the truck apart and put it back together so many times that we're not sure what is unclear or difficult to 1st timers. Also, some minor changes have been made to the kit to add strength. The 4x4 kit will have front and rear cross member brackets that dip down slightly where the diff is. There will then be a skid plate that runs the full width of the cross member and runs from front to back (not the little skid plate that only goes under the diff like the other companies' kits for the Rams). At this time, we will be offering 4 kits...2WD and 4WD, with and without ABS sensors. Since some people (mostly on youtube) are still worried that somehow the kit will break (even though physics won't allow it), we took the truck out today to shoot video going 50 or so MPH over some small jumps and road with smooth bumps to show articulation and strength. However, after doing 7 or 8 runs, the battery cradle (yes, they are made of plastic!!) cracked, almost dropping the battery out of the engine compartment. This is the beginning of the proof that the OEM parts on the truck will break long before our kit breaks. We will try to work this problem out in order to shoot more video for the website. However, getting the site up and running with the kits available for purchase is the main priority right now. I hope you all had a merry Christmas and I hope your New Year goes well also!
We've also been finishing up final testing of the sway bar end links and sway bar spacers and everything has gone well with that. In order to give you guys the ability to get the group discount (10 or more at a time), we will be offering all four kits on the site in a GROUP DISCOUNT price. They way that this will work is that everyone in the group will order under the GROUP DISCOUNT price. When ordering, just send me an email with the names of the people you want to include in your group of 10 or more. I'll wait until everyone on that list has paid for a kit, and then we'll begin manufacturing the kits. If there are enough people on the list (20 or more) and the first 10 have paid, we will start manufacturing the first 10 kits and then wait until the final 10 or more people have paid before manufacturing the remaining kits. If you order a kit at the GROUP DISCOUNT price and your name is not on a list with other poeple, that's fine, but you will need to wait until there are at least 9 other people until we begin manufacturing your kit.
If any of this does not make sense, just let me know and I'll be happy to explain more.
