Help me identify my Ebay stereo??
I won an auction for a "RAK" MP3 changer with cassette. It cost me all of $25 shipping included. What I got was nothing at all like the picture. It has NAV and DVD, and I'm not even sure it will fit my truck. I don't get much info from the model number, which is P05091522AA. What I want to know is:
Is it a changer, or just a single disc unit?
Was the Chrysler NAV system any good?
Will it plug into the dash of my '05 Dakota?
Am I going to run into trouble with the anti-theft system?

That might fit in the hole. The plug looks very similar. Im guessing it may require a high speed bus though, and the dakota runs a low speed bus. All the dak guys that want nav normally end up going with a mygig, and Im guessing its because the chrysler systems don't work in our trucks. Plug it in and find out I guess. It should only take a few minutes to get the old one out.
I can't find any info on the part #, but the plugs look exactly the same as my stock radio.

I found the model. It's an "REE" model. On top, in permanent marker, it says "NAV:0322 Audio: REE_DV2_1209" Problem is, the only number keys I have access to are on the face of the unit and they are 1-6.
How do I get the numbers above 6?
How many tries do I get to enter the right code?

Looks like it probably came from a Chrysler 300C.

The part number is 82209547. I would send an email to mr.scsi3@comcast.net , he might be able to help you as he repairs/sells a bunch of Mopar radios.

only way I know to unlock them is to go to a dealer and have them hook it up to their computers. We sat for 3 hours while we waited for my calibers code to be reset. stupid me. I lost the sheet that came with the car.
