Default 2005 Dakota Water on Passenger Floor

2005 Dakota Quad Cab. Getting water on the passenger floor when running the air conditioner.

I assume the condensation tube is clogged, but can't find it when under the truck. I read somewhere that it is under a heat shield...but where?

Suggestions on how to fix it or find the tube?

Thanks!

Moving this out of the general discussion subsection to the main tech section since this is a technical question. The main section gets more traffic so you're more likely to get answers there.

i dont know where youre from but the a/c removes humidity from your interior more so than it "adds" cool air. so technically it is normal to find a small puddle on your floor mat because that is the moisture that was inside of your seats, door panels, etc. but it all depends on your situation..I'm just throwing a possible answer to your problem out there (:

That is not correct, you should not see water on the floor at all. The AC condenser does drain from a hose underneath the vehicle. It could be plugged with debris, it happens.

So I have this same problem with a twist, when at highway speeds and a/c on - pass floor gets wet under the matt. I just spent a few minutes underneath the truck trying to find the drain line with no luck.

Where are those pictures? It's close to a year now lol.
