Default Bad shaking in steering wheel

shock and struts replaced along with front rotors and pads. also upgraded to 20' dodge ram wheels with new tires. Now i have a shaky steering wheel. Its worse at times. It does get worse when i hit the brakes coming off the highway as well as a constant speed on the highway. I know when breaking it could mean warped rotors. But not sure why its doing it while driving.

I'd make them rebalance the wheels

CHECK THE TORQUE ON YOUR LUG NUTS!!! make sure they are all the same, its supposed to be 135ftlbs if it is then have them rebalance your wheels.. but its probably the lug nuts

Great thanks. I used to love going to this mechanic. He always took time to explain things to me and never overcharged to for his services. Recently his son started working for him and since then it been one thing after another. I'm going by there this afternoon to have him look at it again and see what the deal is. Thanks for the help guys.
