I called dodge, they told me to go ahead and have to (thank goodness for tow insurance). I had talked to a locksmith that would come to me, but he talked me out of it in case the keys wernt the issue. The short of it, is the previouse owner had put this alarm system on the truck with a bypass to the ignition. I took out the whole system, what a mess of wires! Anyway, the key was not a original computer key, as soon as I had put the key in the ignition, it deprogrammed the computer in the truck, which shut it down. Towed it to dodge, they programmed new keys and fobs I purshased from them, problem solved! Took them about 30min.
