Default I'll be the designated parts **** today :)

So I was bored during class today and started doing my usual searches on eBay since it's been a while. I need new floor mats, and I'm thinking about doing another key fob, but the I searched for a hood scoop and found this:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/160666525311...#ht_500wt_1236
I couldn't resist I tried calling the guy but he didn't answer, but the bent corners shouldn't be too big of a deal. If anything I know a guy at a body shop that can help me out. And theres tape on it, those aren't scratches.

it is missing all the pieces. I paid 250 on ebay for mine and it came with everything. I would hold out for one with all the pieces. You are going to end up paying alot more once you buy the grill and the 2 rubber pieces that go under it and all the bolts and nuts.

I wouldn't have bought it just because the seller spells item, idem...

Honestly, for that price, you cant do much wrong. Get some 3m double sided automotive adhesive and you wont even need the gasket.

the nuts/bolts shouldn't cost much more than a couple of dollars at grainger.

The grill however... I'm sure you will come up with something. lol

Yeah, its too late now, its mine. Lol. The gaskets Im not too worried about. For nuts and bolts I would probably buy new ones anyways because I doubt they are stainless. And I want to fab up a grille that matches my aftermarket inserts. I couldnt go wrong for it being factory painted. My biggest concerns will be the bent corners and drilling the holes in the right spots.

Thanks Billy!

Ill definitely take some pics of the install. Im really thinking about making this thing functional, but I don't know if I want to go through the hassle. And lmao at "medal" quaddodge! Im hoping it does. I zoomed in on the pics and it looks like each of the corners is bend out slightly. Nothing some light tapping shouldn't be able to take care of.

Im almost thinking about skipping a grille insert all together. It honestly won't serve a purpose. We shall see when it comes. Its coming the through economy mail so it won't be here until November

He did :/ The two mods he wanted me to do on my truck though were the roll pan and a hood scoop, lol. He wasn't even mad at my roll pan, so Im hoping he doesn't mind this because he suggested it. He wants to buy the truck from me instead of trading it in when I do.
