Question Throttle body question (HiPoTek)

I am going to order the HiPoTek TB this winter, and I was wondering the size diff. between the stock TB, and the aftermarket? I have the 3.7L, the hipotek is 65.5mm, what is the stock mm? (If I remember reading it is about a 5-10hp gain?)

I am not sure about the 3.7s but the 4.7s have a stock 68.5 mm that is funnel shaped you could say and all the aftermarkets are a true 68.5 mm unless you go bigger.
