I would love to find a navi unit made for the dakotas. Was that even an option? Has anybody seen one that fits? Maybe from a jeep?

I replaced with an Alpine unit that can have several different aux inputs. Ipod, nav system, camera all show and controlled on the touchscreen.

Mine HAD the AUX jack...(i have an 06) but I gave my friend a lift, way back in 2007, and I had a 6 foot 3.5mm cable....and it hung down tot he passenger side floor.

he stepped on the cable and *crack* it pulled down and destroyed the AUX jack.

Being the nice guy I am, and since it was half my fault for being lazy about the cord, I just told him forget about it.

Wish I had it these days though...
