Make it simple on yourself man. PAC makes a harness adapter that fits your factory harness and allows you to add and amplifier. You by-pass all your factory speaker wire completely. Once you install you new speakers, all you have to do is pop off the sill plats and run your wires under the carpet to your hi/mid amp, then from your sub (if you're gonna use one) to your sub amp...from there you run your RCA cables (and remote wire) from your amps to the harness adapter. It's all pretty much plug and play. I would reccommend getting a cross over so you don't blow out your 6 1/2's and tweeters. I did a complete install on my own and posted a lot of pics on here before in a thread. Hope this helps.

the pac interface c2a-chy23 & c2achy3 are only for vehicles with premium sound, aka factory amp...

the pac interface AOEM-chr2 is just a high priced high/low converter with a harness patch
