transmission ??

Default transmission ??

ok guys i have a 2007 dakota and this doesnt happen all the time but sometimes when the truck is coming to a stop,like when it is shfting into lowest gear,automatic tranny it clunks sometimes like it shifts hard,but then if go to another stop it seems like it shifts fine any ideas what might being going on please help

how many miles? checked the fluid level? Time for a fluid change/filter change?

How are the mounts? (Engine, tranny, hanger bearing) How are the universal joints?

it has 38.000 miles and it hasnt fluid change yet

havent check the mounts and universal joints,will tomorrow

Same problem while back. I found the truck would wheel hop in turns. Later the 4wd was engaged even on 2hi. There was a pump of some sort that went out. 300 dollars later under warranty and the popping and wheel hop stopped.
