That sounds like a good clearance offset for an 8inch wheel. it sticks out 1" more and gives 1" more clearance inside. I like my Dick Cepek Torques, and they come in a 16 inch with a 0mm offset too, The 16 inch wheel looks a lot different than my 20s, much more "off-roady"
