How big is the horn? relocating the spare would give you loads of room for a real train horn. using the bed would give you room for a cruise ship horn.. There's some space for a high tone 125db on the drivers side between frame and body. might be room for a small tank there too.

http://www.hornblasters.com/products...k-air-horn-kit

I was looking at that and putting anything in the truck bed is out of the question, that is how i make most of my money, by hauling crap from job sites to the recycling center

I'm thinking under the truck bed, but currently my flowmaster fell off while driving so i dont know where the pipes cross up and over the axle, but in doing that I dont know how I'd keep it dry in there, i live in like one of the worst weather places

Looks like you need 12x12x10 for clearance excluding hookups and tank (I wouldn't worry too much about the tank placement as far as weather is concerned, they make some durable tanks.) A really easy way to do it would be to quickly tape together cardboard box of the same dimension and just try to fit it somewhere, perhaps directly behind the cab or maybe there's enough clearance behind the grille but I doubt it.

because the horns are flat, and im thinking in the air dam, i think its call that, aka the space behind the bumper under the radiator, and run lines to that with the tank under the truck bed

I have a small two horn piece with a mini compressor all mounted to the crossmember behind the front bumper cover in front of the radiator.

I've gone through two of them, they've both stopped working

now you're talkin. I had a similar setup on an international 4700, very very loud. even with the worst weather, they blow any obstructions out of the horn on the first pull in the morning. If it comes with that tank, it might be hard to find a place for it. It is narrow at 6" but pretty tall and long.
