Default left turn signal

I have been dealing with this problem for years, I hit the left turn signal and it flashes the right turn signal, but if I hit the right turn signal its fine. This doesnt happen all the time, but often enough, its like it has a mind of its own!!

anyone else with this problem? anyone fix this problem?

yeah i have the same issue. however when it happens just tap on the top of the steering colum and it will go back to normal. its the multi-function switch going bad.

The hardest part maybe removing the steering wheel if that even needs to be done... I know the procedures say so, but most often, IMO they add extra steps and remove extra stuff when its not fully need, it just adds extra moving space...

Might get away with trying to get in there with some contact cleaner???
I have never really looked into the switch, but might just be dirty.
