i feel like having some one modify a bull bar to attach to the bumper mounts would be easier and cheaper

 

My push bar has a Bracket that mounts to the Bumper Bolts (Lower 2) and the tow hook bolt, I believe even the Tow hooks attach this way aswell.
It would be as simple as having the plate extended or remade to get all 4 bolts on each side. Not sure if it would be as strong tho.

can i ask, why does this part have to be replaced? like what does it do? why cant it just be replaced with a bolt and nut? not the bolt and isolator?

 

It is how the body mounts to the frame. With no isolator any vibrations in the frame would resinate up into the body

Yep. It has a bushing ontop of the mount, and one under it.
The top one is the one that also acts as a Nut, and lots have issues with them. I was told, $17/ec for the bolts, $42 for the upper bushing and $39 for the lower one (Which you shouldnt need to replace unless you melted it lol)

If I could get that tow-took bolt out. You can.
Soak the POS in PB Blaster (I had it on there for atleast 2 days), Fire a Nice thick Self-Taping screw thru the bushing, and and SLOWLY turn, It will take some time (took me a good half hour to get it out slowly.)

I used a 36" Breaker Bar. I couldnt get it to move at all with a ratchet or 20v DeWalt Impact, coming out when back in fine, Altho I did strip the drivers side bolt, so I need a new one.

I did periodically use the impact to help break the rust loose by vibrating it for a minute here and there
