question about hids

You must have put quite a bit of epoxy on there. Could always try pulling the lense and polishing the epoxy off the inside.

but the thing is i didnt, in frustration i pulled the light out threw it away and then the light housing, prolly about 6 hours later, when i calmed down pulled it out and touched it, and it wasnt still tacky it wasnt even dry yet, im just gonna buy one new lamp, and buy some piaa extreme white that are 55w equaling 110w i think.


ps we pretty much have the same front end,

Sounds like the epoxy wasn't mixed.

Sounds about right, now I have two ballasts one h3 bulb and a relay that is now useless

Well you can reuse the ballasts for different applications just by putting a new bulb on them and relays are useful for all sorts of things.

Other applications? I have hid headlights already

I meant you can put different bulbs on them and potentially sell them as a kit to someone else.

Keep them..ballasts are universal as long as wattage is the same and the things fail all the time. Having backups is handy
