Default Thinking about trading in...

Hey all! With these gas prices rising again and me running out of money all the time. I'm thinking its time to downgrade once again. I was looking at local dealerships and found a nice 07 caliber rt awd with decent mileage. Does anyone think that would be a wise choice??

Its a truck what did you expect...to have money? haha, Sucks your thinking about trading it in.

It all depends what you want in a car, I personally Like the Avenger, But it doesnt come in a Manual.

I see lots of Calibers around here, Mostly City, Municipal and Fire Dept. Cars. Im just not a fan of the hatch back kinda design myself.
It seems good if you need a Family car, and dont need a large trunk. Also easier to Park haha

Yea I bought it literally a month before gas started to soar again. And now its doing it again so id love to get better mileage and smaller payments. Also I've never owned a car with a trunk, only hatchs like the magnum and omni so I wouldn't miss out. Plus if I need to carry bug things I don't see why I can rig something up to put on the car somehow. Lol

We test drove a caliber when we bought our journey. The caliber is small. too small for my family of 4 and a dog. the journey was perfect (size wise, other things...eh...not so perfect). The caliber also had that cvt and i kept thinking the transmission was slipping...lol

i test drove the caliber before the dakota, and it was too small, and the rear window is quite small to look out of

As far as reliability and drive goes, it's a decent car. Past that, it's all personal preference.

Yeah I guess. I mean, I work part time at Enterprise Rent a car and well I drive it all the time from the 07 and the newer models. I liked it every time I hopped into it. Mostly because its a dodge. I wanna stick with brand and AWD. So I might just have to go test drive that particular one and see how it is and what not before I think more about it. lol
Thanks though.

I'm backwards, and think now is an opportune time to upgrade to something with a bigger V8. Go see if you can find a charger srt or something on the lot instead
