Looks good, I painted my Backrack in bedliner, It was rusted when I bought it used a few yrs back.
I drilled my mounting holes to close to the front, so I have to reach underneath inside the bedside to unbolt/Bolt it on. It sucks lol

the bolts holes from my tool box dont reach far over the toolbox brackets, stuck with my j bolts
itd be super easy , if you can buy the meshing, but if not, that'd be alot of welding
mine are drilled in the back two spots, i'm glad it worked with diamond plate bed rails, painting mine would be difficult, because of all the meshing. maybe a summer project

I guess it would be, My backrack took more then my rear bumper did, Because of the side parts. You waste so much painting them, Or in your case the mesh.
I bolted my Toolbox the the brackets, Bolts/Nuts on the Back (Toward Tailgate) and 2 Self Taping Bolts on the front (By Cab)
Ya if I cant find that style of mesh I would go with expanded metal

I bought Spot-Light brackets for my backrack, So if I need to put a Ladder or wood in the middle, I still can.
