Default fuel door covers for 05s

i was wondering if any one out has installed one of those billet fuel door covers on there 05 dakota. and how does it fit are they flush with the body or all gapped. because pepboys has them for 45 bucks, for 02 and up rams so i was also wondering if it will fit on my 05 dak.

I picked up the Chrome fuel door cover at Wal-Mart for $14 bucks. It's attached via double sided tape. It's been on there for almost 2 years and I've never had a problem it.

It's not flush like the OEM cover, but it dosn't stick out or look like it's glued or taped on either.

Oh yeah I picked up the Dodge Ram fuel cover and it fit fine.

Good Luck

I bought a Dodge ram door off eBay and sprayed it with bed coating. Fuel doors were around $100 for a good one so I took the easy way out..haha

It's in the "user cp" link under the forum logo, top left. what you want is "edit signature" and then get one of your pics, edit it in paint or something so it's 500x250, then in user cp ---> edit signature, you can upload the new pic you just edited.
