You can get some sand paper and smooth it down.. I wouldn't even use any tools, just by hand. If you want to be really **** you can paint everything after is been sanded

 

piece of cake....or unless you suck at making a cake...piece of hot pocket. We fabbed some L brackets out of aluminum and punched holes in it to support the unit. than just trim and test fit the outer bezel until your happy. I still have to fill the ears on the sides but its hooked up nice. and if you buy a good deck from a good place. you wont have to tap into any power source. crutchfield included a chrysler power adapter and i just used a relay to bypass parking brake for the dvd player. no ugly switches i have to toggle for that
