Looks good Preston..I hate the wood grain too and its even worse on the Ram interiors! haha I have the carbon fiber looking one and really like it actually. One of my friends is into vinyl wrapping and just carbon fiber wrapped a bunch of pieces from his dash and it looks clean as hell. Unfortunately, wrapping a bezel would be tough work and paint is better. Although, sullysdetailing is probably good at that sh*t..and I agree with the clearcoat. It is a little "sparkly" as you said but definitely looks OEM and cool

 

This is the 'carbon fiber looking one', it's actually a bunch of triangles. Yeah, it's mine.

 

Sorry to be OT but did the dash change at all for the SLT? Can my dash accept a din and what is that a half?

I have on to I use it to store my remote for my Sat Radio, Gum and my Cell lol

I bought a new one without the shelf thing tho so If I change it later on.
I have a ST with the same bezel just black. I might paint it blue, lol

 

i cant put my hand in it to touch the back of it, so im afraid of losing something lol

....now i want gum....

 

you can have it if you pay shipping the only thing is it has three holes from where I mounted my bull bar lights switch here is a pic of the holes they are on the bottom by the 12v outlet

Does hte 12V come with it! That little black ring on mine broke and it wont stay in, So I have no 12v lol. The dealers here cant even find the part, or know what its called.

 

yes it does along with the vents and the cubby hole where some people have a passenger airbag on/off switch
