Default Muffler inlet.

Quick stupid question. Does if matter whether or not I purchase a muffler with a center or offset inlet? I know the shop can work around this. I guess my real question is, will the final product look half-assed if I don't buy the right muffler?

I have run both and it doesnt make huge difference. Like you said the shop can work around it, but like jkeaton said it makes things less work.

I wanted to, varnerhba. The only thing keeping me from doing so was more low-end loss. If I'm not satisfied with the sound, I'll look into other options (true duals).

I like my SI-DO setup and all the gains... I don't see the benefits of duals

Exactly. I would rather be safe then sorry. I went with a si/do 14" Magnaflow. The shop said 3" headpipe into a 2.5" tailpipe. I still haven't decided whether I want the pipes to come straight out the back or turned down to the sides.
